The price includes:

• The accommodation and all its facilities
• Cleaning (once per week)
• Change of bed linen (once per week)
• Change of bathroom towels (twice per week)

* Villa top floor kitchen appliances (fridge & oven) remain unplugged in “whole Villa” bookings. Enabling them can be arranged per request with extra cost.

* Beach towels are NOT provided.

* Bathroom towels MUST remain at the accommodation.



Extra person cost:

• Villa: 20 € for an extra person, total of 7 persons.
• Cottage: 10 € per child, total of up to 2 adults and 2  children.

Cleaning fees:

• Villa: 70€ end-of-stay (mandatory), 50€ during-stay (optional)
• Cottage: 40€ end-of-stay (mandatory), 25€ during-stay (optional)

Bookings do not include the cost of travel. We can advise on travel arrangements but you must arrange your own travel, holiday cancellation and travel insurance. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any belongings, or injuries sustained by you or any person accompanying you.

The client must leave the accommodation in good order, inform us of any damage or loss during occupancy and pay for such damage or loss.

Prohibited:

• Indoor Smoking
• Parties & Events
• Pets
• Use of the Fireplace
• Fire everywhere, except BBQ Area

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason we ask that you notify us in writing or by e-mail as soon as possible.

Refunds (less 50€ administration fee) cannot normally be made unless at least 2 months notice is given and the booking is re-let.

We can in some cases transfer bookings to a new date if available, provided this is requested not less than two months from the start of the booking.

Step 1. Please, read carefully “Conditions & Cancellations” sections above.

Step 2. Fill in the “Booking / Request Form” above to check availability. We will e-mail you back to confirm available dates. We can make a preliminary reservation for seven days and confirm your reservation once we receive your confirmation by email and your deposit bank transfer (30% of total price, with the balance due one month prior to the arrival date). If the booking is less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday, payment in full is required. Bank transfers may be sent in € (euros).

Step 3. Confirm your travel reservations and inform us via e-mail. We will then agree a time to meet & greet you at the selected pick-up point to accommodate you to the property.

Pick-up options:

• Skopelos Harbor (3km, free): If you do not have a vehicle rental service arranged, or you find it difficult to navigate to the property, we can meet you at the Skopelos Harbor, free of charge.
• Loutraki Harbor (30km, 45min, 25€): Although not recommended, for convenience purposes, we can also meet you at the Loutraki Harbor, with an extra charge of 25€.
• At the property: If you have already arranged a vehicle rental service (or similar), we can meet you directly at the property.
